供應鏈作業參考模式（，簡稱SCOR）是由美国营运管理协会開發和認可的，並作為供应链管理的跨行業標準診斷工具。一般來說，供應鏈作業參考模式包含供應鏈管理的規劃（Plan）、採購（Source）、製造（Make）、運送（Deliver）以及退回（Return）五大主要流程。
