-{zh-cn:国王;zh-hk:英皇;zh-tw:國王}-陛下蘇格蘭法律政策專員（ ，通稱；），是英國官方律政專員的一種，為蘇格蘭檢察總長（Lord Advocate）的副手。其職責為就蘇格蘭法律（Scots Law）事宜向蘇格蘭政府提供法律意見。
法律政策專員還與皇家檢控署及地方檢控官服務處（Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service）共同構成蘇格蘭刑事檢控署（Criminal Prosecution Service）。
歷史
在1999年蘇格蘭議會及蘇格蘭政府成立之前，由蘇格蘭檢察總長及蘇格蘭法律政策專員一直為英國政府提供法律諮詢。自從他們轉移至蘇格蘭政府後，便改為由蘇格蘭法律事務專員（Advocate General for Scotland）就蘇格蘭法律事宜向英國政府提供法律意見。
現任蘇格蘭法律政策專員是Ruth Charteris。她自2021年6月起擔任蘇格蘭檢察總長Dorothy Bain的副手。此乃歷史上首次兩個職位都由女性擔任。
