傑諾瓦士蛋糕

傑諾瓦士蛋糕（），又稱熱那亞蛋糕（但“熱那亞”一詞很少拼寫為Genoise），是以地名熱那亞的海綿蛋糕命名，這種蛋糕的麵糊影響了與法國的貝殼蛋糕。
