長莖葡萄蕨藻（學名：Caulerpa lentillifera）是蕨藻屬的一種可食用藻類，也被稱作海葡萄或綠魚子，在菲律賓麥克坦島、琉球、越南、台灣、福建、海南都有這種藻的養殖場。 另外，在馬來西亞（特別是沙巴）、新加坡、印尼（特別是峇厘島）、韓國、泰國也都有食用這種藻的習慣或自然分佈這種藻。
