陈省身奖章（），是国际数学界设立的首个以华人名字命名的数学大奖。该奖奖励有杰出终生贡献的数学家，奖励数学研究的最高水平。陈省身奖章在国际数学家大会上颁发。
概况
陈省身奖章以华人数学大师陈省身姓氏的英文拼写Chern命名。陈省身奖章由国际数学联盟和陈省身基金（Chern Medal Foundation，缩写：CMF）共同设立，并在每四年举行一次的国际数学盛会——国际数学家大会上颁发。
首届陈省身奖于2010年在印度海德拉巴市举行的国际数学家大会上颁发
陈省身奖章的奖励宗旨是“to be awarded to an individual whose lifelong outstanding achievements in the field of mathematics warrant the highest level of recognition”
