哈乃斐派（，罗马字：Ḥanafī）是伊斯兰教法学的一大法学派别，属于逊尼派。由艾布·哈尼法所成立，最初流行于伊拉克库法一带。
在阿拔斯王朝的支持下，哈乃斐派在伊拉克蓬勃发展，并向东扩展，到了9世纪，逐渐在呼罗珊和河中地区巩固了自身的地位，并得到了当地萨曼尼德帝国统治者的支持。 突厥语的传播将该教派引入了印度次大陆和安纳托利亚，并被采纳为奥斯曼帝国的主要教法学派。
教法的權威來源之重要性由高至低排列為：古蘭經、聖訓、公議、伊智提哈德、、伊斯提哈桑、最後是。在审慎时限制引用圣训，比较重视类比和公议。中国穆斯林普遍遵循哈乃斐主张。
