法人格

法人格（）是指法人（例如公司）独立于关联人员承担法律责任，并和自然人一样享受部分自然人权利和行为能力的一种法律表示。公司法人格即公司人格（），对于绝大多数国家的公司法而言，公司享有和自然人一样的民事权利、义务和行为能力，可以以公司的名义持有财产、订立合同，也可以和自然人一样充当诉讼的原告或被告。
