僕人式領導（）是一種領導理念，由（Robert Kiefner Greenleaf）所提出。其中領導者的主要目標是服務。與傳統領導不同，在傳統領導中的領導者主要關注公司或組織的蓬勃發展；僕人式領導則分享權力，將員工的需求放在首位，並幫助員工盡可能發展和表現。
