穆正德 （德语：Christian Müller），曾经是一位旅居中国宁波的德国历史学家、汉学家，2015年8月至2023年2月曾经是宁波诺丁汉大学历史学副教授，牛津大学访问学者。他研究从近代早期至今西方和亚洲之间的全球跨文化联系，聚焦于帝国主义、跨国主义、规范秩序、劳工流动、旅行文学、文明间相遇、好奇心和身份认同。他对19和20世纪国际主义和世界主义作为一种政治、社会和文化现象参与构建不同文化沟通和身份认同感兴趣。

教育经历
在接受《新京报》采访时，穆正德坦言自己对数学没兴趣，“我1984年上小学，那时我周围挺多小孩都不喜欢数学，因为很多公式需要记和背，我特别不喜欢被老师喊去黑板前做题”。在中学阶段，为申请大学而选择的课程中，穆正德选了历史、经济、政治、德语，1995年至1998年读海德堡大学时，穆正德就读的法律专业对数学的要求也不高。
工作履历
曾任职于明斯特大学（2008-2012）、根特大学（2011-2013）和一所应用科学大学（2013-2015），2015年前往中国。他曾经是宁波诺丁汉大学近代欧洲与国际史副教授，也是该校全球丝绸之路研究所所长。他自称终身隶属于牛津大学书院。
2018年11月，他当选为英国皇家历史学会外籍会士。
2022年9月26日德国大选之后， 穆正德接受了CGTN的采访，发表题为“默克尔之后的生活 --- 中德关系将走向何方？”的演讲，分享了他对过去中德关系的分析，以及对未来挑战和机遇的看法。
他多次参与普林斯顿大学出版社组织的学术对话，并与Duncan Bell、殷之光、章永乐、尤锐（Yuri Pines)等学者对谈。
荣誉奖项
2018年获得诺丁汉大学副校长奖章，2020年获得迪林勋爵卓越教学奖。
