纽约中央铁路公司（英文原名：New York Central Lines LLC，中文全称：纽约中央铁路有限责任公司）是美国CSX运输旗下的一间铁路公司，1998年成立。现在的“纽约中央铁路公司”所运营的铁路线路很多原属存在于1831年至1968年间的“纽约中央铁路公司”。该公司于2004年8月27日结业。
