威克姆的威廉（ ；）是中世紀的一位天主教溫徹斯特教區主教和大法官。他於1379年成立了牛津大學新學院和新學院學校（New College School），1382年創建溫徹斯特公學。
他和皇室有很親密的關係。溫莎城堡興建時，他是監工，後來又管理過皇室的財務，1363年6月成為掌璽大臣。他在畢曉普斯沃爾瑟姆逝世，死後葬在溫徹斯特大教堂中殿南翼。他在去世時已是英格蘭最富有的人之一。
