鹰猎是指以受过训练的猛禽捕猎。在现代鹰猎活动中，常用的猛禽有红尾鵟、栗翅鷹和游隼、金雕。猎物有大有小，最常见的猎物是松鼠、兔子，體型較大的獵物，則有山羊、狼等。
