抽签式民主

抽签式民主（）是一种通过在庞大的候选人群中随机抽取政府官员的统治方式。
雅典式民主的主要特征是抽签式民主，抽签是在雅典产生政府官员的传统方式，大多数政府官员通过抽签产生。約前370年起，雅典開始使用抽選機進行抽籤。

尽管抽签产生的官员偶尔会犯错，但抽签式民主可以防止有组织的政治操控和欺诈。
