臟器逆位

臟器逆位（）亦稱內臟反位（）、内脏逆位，是一種先天性的結構缺陷，症狀是患者的內臟各器官的位置與一般人正好左右相反（鏡像顛倒），譬如患者的心臟位在右手邊，肝臟位在左手邊。這種先天缺陷現象較罕見，大约萬人裡才有一個（1/10000）。

臟器逆位一般與常染色體隱性基因有關，此外，患有先天性心臟病患病的比率相對偏高，患者的健康狀況一般與普通人無甚明顯區別，許多患者是一直到自己的X光片才知道自己的內臟位置與其他人不一樣，且呈現鏡像對稱現象。
