劍橋大學出版社訴巴頓案（Cambridge University Press et al. v. Patton et al.；亦稱 劍橋大學出版社訴貝克爾案(Cambridge University Press et al. v. Becker)），1：2008cv01425，為美國喬治亞北區聯邦地區法院正在審理中的案件。其中三家出版商，劍橋大學出版社，賽吉出版公司及牛津大學出版社，最初於2008年提起針對喬治亞州立大學侵犯版權的訴訟。
原告聲稱喬治亞州立大學通過其系統"系統地、廣泛地和未經授權地複制及分發大量受版權保護的作品"。喬治亞州立大學聲稱其係統沒有侵犯版權，因為其使用的是合理使用的版權方法。
