戰機程四指隊形飛行]]
四指隊形，是分別由多國的空軍於1930年代研發，並獲芬蘭空軍於1934至35年間首次採用，由四架戰鬥機組成的飛行隊形，而四個四指隊形可以組合成一個中隊飛行隊型。
組成
四指隊形分成兩架一對，由其中一對中的一架當作攻擊手、另一架保護攻擊手的側翼和尾部、另一對負責偵查與防偷襲，這個隊型類似大拇指以外的四隻手。
缺席隊形
二戰之後，四指隊形較不常出現，但在飛行員的葬禮儀式上會以缺席隊形的方式由四指隊形第二隊的隊長飛往不同方向表示對飛行員消逝於的敬意。
