約克郡方言

約克郡方言（Yorkshire dialect，又稱Broad Yorkshire或Tyke）是英格蘭北部約克郡地區通行的北英格蘭英語方言之。約克郡方言起源於古英語和古諾爾斯語。和英國其他的一些方言不同的是，約克郡方言的形象並不低俗，並且出現在呼嘯山莊等經典文學作品中。研究表明，約克郡西部的方言在英國很受歡迎，並和常識、忠誠、可靠等形象相關。
