ISO 8859-7，正式编号为ISO/IEC 8859-7:2003或Greek，是国际标准化组织内ISO/IEC 8859的其中一个8位字符集，供现代希腊语使用。曾推出过 ISO 8859-7:1987 版。它只有现代希腊语的单音字母（Monotonic Greek），没有收录古希腊语使用的多音字母（Polytonic Greek）。希腊的国家标准ELOT 928等同于此字集。

在上表中，0x20是空格、0xA0是不换行空格、0xAD是选择性连接号。
0x00-0x1F、0x7F、0x80-0x9F、0xAE、0xD2、0xFF在此字符集中未有定义。
0xA4、0xA5、0xAA是ISO/IEC 8859-7:2003版本新增的符号。
