巴生谷综合运输系统是馬來西亞大吉隆坡巴生谷地区的城市轨道交通服务，由13条列车线路和2条巴士线路组成。
历史
一开始，各个公司各自运营不同的铁路系统，致使乘客需要通过走一段路、爬楼梯、使用自动扶梯或需要跨越繁忙的道路才能进行站外转乘，为乘客带来不便。其中的例子包括欲换乘至吉隆坡单轨的乘客需要从吉隆坡中央车站行走大约140米，并经过新中央购物广场才能进行换乘。综合所有系统的车票系统，例如使用一触即通卡，将有助于乘客无缝地进行换乘。
综合系统
属于吉隆坡快捷通的格拉那再也线和安邦线两条轻快铁线路的售票系统在2011年11月28日统一，紧接着也在2012年3月1日与吉隆坡单轨整合。这使乘客不需在下车后，需要出站另外购票，可直接在站内进行换乘。最早落实的换乘车站包括蒂蒂旺沙站、汉都亚站、布特拉高原站和占美清真寺站。同时乘客也可使用一触即通卡的储值购票。
此外，快捷通轨道的三条轻轨线以及快捷通巴士（大约覆盖巴生谷70%的巴士网络），也推出了可用5令吉购买的一日通行证和可用50令吉购买无线乘搭其铁路和巴士服务的定期月票。

马来亚铁道通勤铁路于1995年推出，为巴生谷的第一个城市轨道交通系统，提供来往吉隆坡和周边巴生谷郊区的本地铁路服务。随后政府也推展了轻快铁（LRT）线路和单轨铁路，服务区介于于吉隆坡市区和其卫星城市（如安邦、八打灵再也、鹅唛等）。最新的捷运（MRT）线路则将巴生谷的郊区（如双溪毛糯、布城、加影）与市中心串连起来。通过设立马来西亚的首条巴士快速交通系統（BRT）线路，双威镇繁华休闲娱乐区的行人交通得以得到缓解。机场铁路以两种服务模式，将市中心与吉隆坡国际机场（KLIA）的1号和2号航站楼连接起来。
未来规划线路
吉隆坡单轨曾计划要从蒂蒂旺沙站延长至双溪毛糯但不获批准。尽管如此，政府还是允许了（前称安邦线）和的延长计划，并允许建造一个新的捷运线路——。和的延长工程已于2016年6月30日开通。另外，在2017年7月17日全线开通，也在2023年3月16日全线开通。第四条轻快铁线路（）於2026年6月29日开通。 第三条巴生谷捷运线路，即环线，预计将于2023年开始建设。
