在幾何學中，截半截角八面體是一種凸多面體，是一種由截角八面體透過截半變換而產生的一種多面體，由於可由正多面體做為種子產生——正八面體→截角→截半，因此也是一種康威多面體。它一共有38個面，包含24個等腰三角形、6個正方形及8個正六邊形。
