國立聖馬可美術館（{）是位於義大利佛羅倫薩聖馬可廣場的一座美術館，也是聖多明尼加修道院的一部分。博物館的建築由米開羅佐設計，也是米開朗基羅的代表作之一。國立聖馬可美術館收藏有眾多珍貴的文藝復興時期的美術作品，是佛羅倫薩重要的美術館之一。
