刺参科（學名：），或作刺海參科，是之下一個海参纲棘皮动物的科。
型態描述與特徵
本科物種的個體主要為大型或中型，有方形的橫切面。长20～40厘米，最大的可达1米。体壁厚而柔软，背面疣足发达，呈肉刺状。其口部有20條楯形的触手圍繞着，基部有坛囊。生殖腺2束，位于背悬肠膜的两侧。呼吸道通过异网与消化道相连，石管常与体壁相连，无居维氏器。骨片多为桌形体和杆状体，常有C形体，个别的有扣状体。全世界约有30种，中国已知有3属7种，均为食用佳品。
