基吉小堂（） 是罗马人民圣母圣殿的左侧第二小堂。这是唯一保存原始形式的拉斐尔的宗教建筑，是意大利文艺复兴和巴洛克艺术的宝库，被认为是人民圣母圣殿最重要的古迹之一。
1507年，教宗授权富有的锡耶纳银行家阿戈斯蒂诺·基吉建造。工程开始于1513年，建筑师是拉斐尔。小堂供奉洛雷托圣母。
