韦伯函数（Weber function）也称为龙梅尔-韦伯函数（Lommel-Weber function），是1879年德国物理学家海因里希·弗里德里希·韦伯（Heinrich Friedrich Weber）首先研究的函数，由下列定积分定义：
: \mathbf{E}_\nu(z)=\frac{1}{\pi} \int_0^\pi \sin (\nu\theta-z\sin\theta) \,d\theta

韦伯函数满足下列微分方程
:z^2y^{\prime\prime} + zy^\prime +(z^2-\nu^2)y = -((z+\nu) + (z-\nu)\cos(\pi z))/\pi.
