洛磯山脈蠔

洛磯山脈蠔是美國西部非常有名的餐前小吃，雖然稱之為蠔，其實是公牛的睪丸（牛睾丸）。有時也會用豬或羊的睪丸代替。

西班牙、阿根廷和墨西哥均有進食牛睪丸的習慣，當地稱之為criadillas，口語為huevos de toro，直譯為「牛蛋」。
