核糖體序列標簽連續分析(serial analysis of ribosomal sequence tag, SARST)，是一種高通量分子生態學技術，將環境中的rRNA中某段高變異性的序列（如V6高變區）連接到一起，一併測序的方法。其優點爲，可以高效率地測定環境中的物種多樣性，更易檢測到出現頻率低的rRNA。
