克拉倫斯·苏厄德·丹諾（；），美國律師。
生平
曾為利奧波德與洛布案、斯科普斯案、乾草市場暴亂（發生於1886年的工人抗議引發的暴亂事件，之後成為國際勞動節的起源）等大案作辯護律師而聞名。丹諾一生義務為無助的弱勢團體與窮人辯護，他的名言是：「一個人在未定罪前，都是無辜的。」、「我恨罪行，但從不恨罪人。」丹諾反對死刑，他在《丹諾自傳》中曾指出：犯罪是社會本身有問題，才會造成犯罪問題，今天解決犯罪者並無法解決問題的根本。丹諾为了爭取公民權利而辩护、批判不合時宜的司法體制，使得他被認為是美國最偉大的民權律師。
