艾利澤·本-耶胡達（，，），為辭書學家及新聞編輯人員。艾利澤·本-耶胡達生於俄羅斯帝國，身為猶太人，他是推動復興希伯來語為日常語言的重要人物，使希伯來語得以重新成為猶太人的生活用語。
艾利澤·本-耶胡達曾說：「只要是我們能回到自己的故土，建立自己的國家，希伯來語就得復活。」而他的兒子本-錫安·本-耶胡達（Ben-Zion Ben-Yehuda，這個名字的含義為以色列之子），則是第一位以現代希伯來語為母語的猶太人。
