再保險

再保險（Reinsurance）是指一家保險公司為避免自己遭遇損失和風險而向另一家保險公司投保的過程。個人及企業通過簽訂保險契約以得到面對不同風險（如：龍捲風、地震、法律訴訟、疾病或死亡）時的保障。同理，再保險為保險公司提供類似的保護。
