非洲人權與民族權利法院

非洲人權與民族權利法院為一個地區性的法院，其主要是在規範同意「非洲人權與民族權利憲章」的非洲聯盟成員國。

非洲人權法院位於坦尚尼亞的阿魯沙。阿魯沙同時也是在1996年時被選為盧安達國際刑事法庭的所在地，而這個法庭至今仍在運作中。

2006年1月22日，非洲聯盟的執行委員會第8次通常會議選出第一任7位非洲人權與民族權利法院的法官。

法院的法官通常的任期為6年，且可連任一次。院長和副院長一次任期為兩年。

非洲人權法院第一次开庭是在2006年7月2日。
