马丁·坎贝尔-凯利（，）是英国计算机史和商业史学者，华威大学计算机科学系荣休教授。他早期研究英国程序设计史，后来转向英国计算机工业、国际软件产业及信息技术企业史，并将自己的学术定位概括为以计算机产业为研究对象的商业史学者。他的主要著作包括ICL: A Business and Technical History、From Airline Reservations to Sonic the Hedgehog: A History of the Software Industry，以及与威廉·阿斯普雷（）等合著的Computer: A History of the Information Machine。

坎贝尔-凯利1945年出生于北威尔士雷克瑟姆附近的约翰斯敦，幼年随家人迁居英格兰伯肯黑德。

学术研究
早期程序设计史
坎贝尔-凯利的早期研究以英国第一代存储程序计算机及其程序设计实践为主。1980年，他发表关于EDSAC早期程序设计活动的论文，梳理剑桥大学从1948年开始建立程序库和程序设计方法的过程。翌年，他又研究英国国家物理实验室的程序设计工作。1982年的论文则综合考察1945年至1955年英国程序设计的发展，内容由其博士研究扩充而成。

他还研究英国国家物理实验室在1965年至1975年间的数据通信工作。1987年发表的论文以唐纳德·戴维斯主持的项目为中心，考察该实验室的分组交换研究及实验网络。坎贝尔-凯利后来称，这是自己引用次数最多的论文。

计算机产业与商业史

《卫报》书评作者史蒂文·普尔（）认为该书行文略显干涩，但能使读者从长期视角认识软件产业，并说明日常可见的个人软件只占整个产业的一小部分；他同时批评书中有关电子游戏的篇幅较少，且过度集中于美国市场，未能充分反映日本企业当时在全球游戏业中的地位。美国历史学家科林·B·伯克（）则称该书兼具学术性和可读性，适合计算机、信息系统和商业史课程，也可作为后续软件史研究的起点。该书获2003年美国历史与计算协会图书奖。

退休后，他与经济学家丹尼尔·D·加西亚-斯沃茨（）合作研究国际信息技术产业。两人于2015年出版From Mainframes to Smartphones: A History of the International Computer Industry，按大型计算机、小型计算机、个人计算机和智能手机等阶段考察国际计算机产业，并讨论硬件、软件和服务之间的关系。两人又于2022年出版Cellular: An Economic and Business History of the International Mobile-Phone Industry，研究1970年代末以来美国、欧洲、日本、中国和印度等地移动电话产业的发展。

巴贝奇研究
