中國合眾國（，縮寫：），是一種政治概念，最早由陳炯明於1920年代初提出，其構想是將中國聯邦化，並以美國為藍本進行設計。鑒於中國在軍閥時期的政治、社會與語言現實，陳炯明認為，聯邦制是最可行的途徑，以最終建立一個統一且民主的共和國。他主張以廣東作為示範省，並透過與全國各地的聯邦主義者協商，組織一個「仿照美國經驗的中國合眾國」。
自1980年代以來，隨著經濟特區的設立，中華人民共和國內部形成了若干具有鮮明特徵的區域經濟體，例如珠江三角洲、長江三角洲以及環渤海地區。其中一些地區的經濟規模已相當於小型已開發國家。
部分使用「中國合眾國」一詞的學者認為，在改革開放過程中，中華人民共和國已演變為一種事實上的聯邦制國家，在這種體制下，上述經濟區域在執行中央政府制定的政策目標時擁有較大的裁量空間，並且各省與與地方之間會為了促進經濟發展而相互競爭。
