安琪拉·雪兒·米爾納（，）是一名英國古生物學家，她於1986年與共同描述了重爪龍屬（Baryonyx）。
早年生活
米爾納原名安琪拉·吉爾文（Angela Girven），出生於，是西里爾·吉爾文（Cyril Girven）與露西亞·吉爾文（Lucia Girven）的女兒。她的父親曾任諾森伯蘭郡的郡級工程師。她就讀於。她原本計劃在大學主修微生物學，但亞歷克·潘琴（Alec Panchen）的啟發性講座使她轉而投身古生物學領域。她在新堡大學取得動物學理學士學位，並於1969年留校攻讀古生物學博士學位，由潘琴指導，研究重點為古生代四足類的游螈目。這具化石是在薩里郡的一處黏土採石場發現的，是當時英國境內已知最完整的恐龍骨架。這項發現為解讀全球各地後續發現的恐龍碎片提供了關鍵線索，從而開創了古生物學的一個新研究領域。
