許銘能（），台灣醫師、流行病學家。他曾於2013—2016年間出任行政院衛生福利部常務次長（Vice Minister）。
教育
許氏於1983年自國立臺灣大學（NTU）畢業，獲授予药学學士學位，並於1990年自國立陽明大學獲得醫學學士（M.B.）學位。其後重返國立臺灣大學，先後於1998年及2002年獲得公共衛生碩士（M.P.H.）和流行病学博士學位。其碩士論文題為「口腔白斑及口腔癌自然病史之探討」（"A study on the natural history of oral leukoplakia and oral cancer"），博士論文則題為「口腔白斑及口腔癌自然病史模式及篩檢評價」（"Oral leukoplakia and oral cancer: Natural history patterns and screening evaluation"）。
