脛前動脈

胫前动脉（）是位于小腿的一条动脉，起自腘动脉，主要为小腿前侧肌群及足背供血。其全程与胫前静脉及腓深神经伴行。

解剖
胫前动脉起自腘肌远端、胫骨后方。其发出后先经腘肌前方，随后穿过小腿骨间膜上部的卵圆形缺口进入小腿前部，继而在胫骨前肌与趾长伸肌之间向下走行。

该动脉越过踝关节前方后，便延续为足背动脉。

临床意义
由于胫前动脉经过腓骨颈内侧，所以在进行胫骨截骨术等小腿近端手术时可能会导致假性动脉瘤，甚至破裂出血。
