托倫斯河（），也稱為卡拉維拉帕里河（Karrawirra Parri），是阿德萊德平原最重要的河流。它也是南澳大利亞州首府阿德萊德市選址的主要原因之一。托倫斯河發源於阿德萊德山附近的，全長，流經阿德萊德平原，途經市中心，最終在和之間注入聖文森特灣。河流上游及其流域內的水庫為阿德萊德市提供了相當一部分的供水。
