切薩皮克灣隕石坑（）是因隕石撞擊所形成的地質構造，位在北美洲，直徑約40公里，平均深度1.3公里，外圍環繞的同心圓狀的斷層，使整個坑體的規模達到直徑83公里。據推測，撞擊事件發生於始新世晚期，距今約3千五百五十萬年前。切薩皮克灣隕石坑是美國本土已知規模最大的撞擊構造，同時也是全世界少數幾個形狀完好、適合作為地質研究對象的水底隕石坑。隕石坑形成後，堆積作用持續將沉積物堆積在坑體上，形成了今日的切薩皮克灣。
