奧勤拿根 (卑詩省)

奧勤拿根（ ），又稱奧勤拿根谷（），是加拿大卑詩省的一個地理區域。其範圍由奧勤拿根湖盆地及的加拿大段構成。根據2016年加拿大人口普查，該地區有362,258人。人口最多的城市為基隆拿、片迪頓、維農及西基隆拿。

該地區以陽光充沛的氣候、乾燥的地貌、濱湖的社區及獨特的生活方式著稱。
