聖露西亞矛頭蝮（）是一種瀕危的矛頭蝮屬物種，僅見於小安地列斯群島的聖露西亞。

聖露西亞矛頭蝮的總體長可超過1.3公尺。聖露西亞外唯一飼養此蛇類的地點為

毒性
聖露西亞矛頭蝮的事故極為罕見，僅有單一案例紀錄。受害者出現局部疼痛與水腫，一週後發展為左側面部偏癱伴隨面部麻痺，並出現局部出血、廣泛性腫脹、腹胸腔水腫、組織壞死及腦缺血等症狀。
