佐拉·尼尔·赫斯顿（，），女，美国哈莱姆文艺复兴时期的人类学家，民俗学家，作家。她著有四本小說，超過五十篇短故事、劇本及短文，當中以1937年的小說《他們眼望上蒼》最著名。

隨著公眾重新對赫斯顿燃起興趣，她的作品於1975年重新出版。赫斯顿逝世後，史密森尼學會發現其1920年代寫下的民間故事的原稿，集成一冊為《每條舌頭都坦白》（Every Tongue Got to Confess），於2001年出版。
