佩德羅五世（全名：，），1853年至1861年任葡萄牙國王，綽號為希望者（）。
佩德羅是葡萄牙女王瑪麗亞二世與其夫葡萄牙国王斐迪南二世的長子。1853年，當女王瑪麗亞二世難產逝世後繼承王位。在父親斐迪南二世幫助下，佩德羅五世在位期間積極公共事業如道路、鐵路、電報等及改善公共衛生，所以民望極高，深得人民愛戴。不幸的是他及其弟斐迪南皆在1861年爆發的一場霍亂中染病逝世。其二弟路易斯繼承王位，是為路易斯一世。
