拉爾斯·克拉雷斯科（，）是一名瑞典醫生、免疫學家及風濕病學家，以研究類風濕性關節炎等自體免疫性疾病的遺傳學而知名。
克拉雷斯科於1974年取得烏普薩拉大學醫學學位，並於1978年以論文《HLA-DR與Ia抗原的結構、功能及組織分佈研究》獲得博士學位。1990年至1993年，他擔任烏普薩拉大學臨床免疫學教授。其後於卡羅林斯卡學院及卡羅林斯卡診所擔任風濕病學教授直至2012年，並領導風濕病診所及研究團隊。2008年起，他同時擔任分子醫學中心主任。
2000年代中期，他與研究團隊發現，對於近期發病的類風濕性關節炎（RA）患者而言，既往吸菸史與抗α-胺基酸瓜氨酸抗體的產生呈劑量依賴性關聯。共同表位（SE）基因的存在是伴隨抗瓜氨酸抗體的RA風險因子，但對未伴隨抗瓜氨酸抗體的RA則無此關聯。對於吸菸者而言，吸菸與HLA-DR SE基因在抗瓜氨酸陽性RA中存在顯著交互作用，但在抗瓜氨酸陰性RA中則無此現象。
他曾擔任哈佛醫學院、倫敦帝國學院（甘迺迪風濕病研究所）、康乃爾大學特殊外科醫院、西雅圖、利茲及丹佛（科羅拉多大學）的客座教授與訪問學者。
2013年，他與羅伯特·J·溫徹斯特及彼得·K·格雷格森因多關節炎研究共同榮獲克拉福德獎。
1995年至2012年間，他擔任諾貝爾委員會成員。
