佩爾·奧斯貝克（，）是一名瑞典探險家、自然學家，亦是卡爾·林奈的門徒。他出生於西約特蘭哈蘭達教區，並於烏普薩拉大學師從林奈。
廣州自然學家
1750年至1752年間，奧斯貝克以隨船牧師身分搭乘普林斯·卡爾號（Prins Carl）前往亞洲，在中國廣州地區耗時四個月研究當地動植物與人文風情。歸國後他及時為林奈於1753年出版的《植物種志》貢獻逾600種植物物種。
1757年，他出版了其中國航行日誌《1750、1751、1752年東印度航行日誌》（Dagbok öfwer en ostindisk Resa åren 1750, 1751, 1752），該著作於1762年譯成德文，1771年譯成英文。1758年，他獲選瑞典皇家科學院院士。
晚年生涯
奧斯貝克終其職業生涯擔任哈蘭與兩地的教區神父，並於1805年在該地逝世。
收藏
奧斯貝克的龐大收藏品現存於瑞典與英國。為紀念其貢獻，野牡丹科的金錦香屬（Osbeckia）以他的名字命名。
