红军总医院院部旧址位于江西省兴国县鼎龙乡茶岭村，为江西省文物保护单位。
历史
1930年至1931年9月，红军在毛泽东和朱德的指挥下连续赢得了三次反“围剿”胜利，中央苏区内外斗争形势有所缓和。当时有大量伤员无法得到及时有效的治疗，红军的医疗保障体系还处于起始阶段。为了快速恢复红军战斗力，就急需创办集中化及正规化的后方总医院。
1931年9月23日，毛泽东和朱德在兴国县水头庄做出就地成立红军总医院集中收治伤员的决定，将各军留下的临时医院统归后方总医院，并由院长戴济民和政委贺诚指挥。第二天红军把六千多名伤病员送至茶岭村安置。1931年10月，红一方面军将在兴国县城岗乡的红军后方医院迁至鼎龙乡茶岭村，并改名为红军总医院，这是中国工农红军总医院的正式名称。
