米尔豪森（，），又称内卡河畔米尔豪森（，），是德国巴登-符腾堡州斯图加特的，面积9.12平方千米，人口为人。
米尔豪森曾是一个独立的市镇，1933年5月1日，米尔豪森并入斯图加特。今天的米尔豪森区由米尔豪森、、门希费尔德（Mönchfeld）、和新格罗伊特（Neugereut）五个次区组成。
