马塔巴辛格·塔帕（，）是1843年12月25日至1845年5月17日期間的尼泊尔首相。後來由於马塔巴辛格拒绝支持立王后的兒子为国王，王后鼓動马塔巴辛格·塔帕的侄子忠格·巴哈杜爾·拉納將马塔巴辛格·塔帕杀死。马塔巴辛格·塔帕也是比姆森·塔帕的侄子。
