《申社長計劃》（，）是韩国tvN自2025年9月15日至10月28日間播出的月火劇，由《災後調查日誌2》申景秀导演與《Missing：他們存在過》潘奇里編劇聯手打造，韓石圭、裴賢聖和李蕊主演。

香港、新加坡等地區自2025年9月15日起由Viu首播；台灣由friDay影音自9月16日起跟播；马来西亚、新加坡、印尼及菲律宾自9月16日起由tvN Asia於每週二、三跟播。

《申社長計劃》於2025年9月15日在韓國有線電視tvN開播，首集取得5.9%的收視率、分段收視最高達7.3%，是截至當時開播收視最高的2025年tvN月火劇，且均高於前一檔《初次，為了愛》的最終回收視（4.2%）與最高收視（4.4%）。本劇連續2集、連續3週收視上漲，共計9集位居全頻道（含地上波、綜合編成頻道、有線電視）同時段收視冠軍、全劇12集位居韓國付費電視（僅綜合編成、有線電視）同時段收視冠軍，並於第5集創下自身最高分段收視10.6%、《善良的女人夫世彌》。播出期間，共計3週躋身韓國付費電視週間收視冠軍、2週位居第2名、1週位居第3名。
