威廉·拉帕德

威廉·埃曼努爾·拉帕德（William Emmanuel Rappard，）是瑞士历史学家、经济学家、国际关系学者和外交家。他是国际关系及发展高等学院的创始人之一。拉帕德生于美国纽约，先后在哈佛大学和维也纳大学接受高等教育，曾任哈佛大学助理教授、日内瓦大学校长。拉帕德在1920年代协助创办了国际联盟。

纪念
世界贸易组织总部所在地命名为威廉·拉帕德中心（Centre William Rappard, CWR）。
