《牽牛和仙女》於2025年6月23日在韓國有線電視tvN開播，首集取得4.3%的收視率、分段收視最高達5.2%，高於前一檔《拜託戒酒吧》的開播收視（3.4%）與最終回收視（3.6%）。第4集創下自身最低收視3.5%、分段收視最高達4.1%，連續2集收視下跌；最終回第12集則創下自身最高收視4.9%、分段收視最高達6.1%，共計10集位居韓國付費電視（綜合編成頻道、有線電視）同時段收視冠軍。

首集的20至49歲收視創下該年tvN月火劇最高紀錄，分段收視最高達2.0%、《退貨兒童》。播出首週，躋身韓國付費電視週間收視第5名，最末週則躋身第3名。
