蛆管螺科（學名：Caecidae）是生物分类学中一個海洋微小貝的科級分類：舊屬中腹足目的麂眼螺總科（Rissooidea J.E. Gray, 1847），今屬玉黍螺目的海洋腹足纲软体动物。
棲息地
这些微小的管状海貝生活在温暖的温带海洋中，棲息於海洋沉积物中，又或藻类與海绵之中。
形態描述
與大多數腹足綱物種不同的是：本科物種的螺殼只彎成一條弯曲的角狀管，而螺管另一端被永久性的钙质塞密封；Ctiloceratinae亞科及Strebloceratinae亞科物種的胚螺仍然保有。所有物種的螺管另一端均有圓形的螺厣掩蓋。螺殼顏色白到淺黃。
